All inclusive

Sumptuous breakfast, lunch and afternoon buffets with sweet and savoury treats, themed evening buffets with live cooking stations and non-alcoholic drinks, specialty coffees and teas from the beverage station, available around the clock.

Baby and child care

The child care service is provided for those from 0 to 16 years in different age groups, 7 days a week from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm (Saturdays 9.30 am to 9.00 pm) by professional child minders.

Play area

2,000 m² indoor play area that stretches over 2 floors and our huge gymnasium provides space to run around and play games. Our adventure playground with a 17-metre-long bouncy castle, trampolines, bobby car racetrack and children’s zoo guarantees endless outdoor fun for kids.

Swimming and sauna complex

Several pools (including a family water play area) are available for swimming or splashing. Our most popular attraction for children aged 7 and over has to be our water slide. Parents can relax in our sauna world or enjoy a masssage in the SPA.

In room amenities

Our accommodations offer everything necessary for a relaxed family holiday. All sorts of practical extras such as a baby monitor, a bag with bathrobes and bath towels, as well as a Nespresso machine are included in the rooms.

Pack lightly

We're more than happy to help you pack lightly. Many travel and practical needs can be loaned here at no extra charge such as a cot, a baby rocker, a buggy or reclining pram, a humidifier, a nappy pail and changing mat.

WiFi

Our free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. We only switch off technologically and mentally in the baths and wellness area and exclusively surf on the gentle waves of comfortably heated water.

A safe and weatherproof underground car park is guaranteed for all guests.
