Special dietary needs

Our guests don’t need to let food intolerances or allergies spoil their holiday. The kitchen team knows its stuff: parents can rest assured that they and their little ones will be well and enjoy their food.

There is a large selection on offer for people who follow a gluten-free diet:
  • Dr Shär’s gluten-free range: pasta (5 types), crispbread, muesli, marble cake, muffins, breadcrumbs, pizza bases, breadsticks (grissini)
  • The company Resch & Frisch provides us with: bread mix (10 varieties), Linzer slices, chocolate-cherry slices
  • And: flour from the Heindl mill (organic spelt flour, organic rye flour and organic buckwheat flour)
In terms of lactose-free products, we offer:
  • Alpro lactose-free: rice milk, almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, coconut and chocolate milk, caramel dessert, chocolate dessert, vanilla dessert, vanilla yogurt, chocolate yogurt, plain yoghurt, chocolate drink, vanilla drink
  • Joya lactose-free: vanilla drink, chocolate drink, plain yoghurt
  • The all-rounders from Transgourmet supply us with the following lactose-free groceries: milk, organic goat’s milk, organic sheep’s milk, cream, goat’s yoghurt, sheep’s yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, goat’s cheese (6 varieties), sheep’s cheese (6 varieties), sliced cheese (10 varieties), butter
  • And there’s Bravocado, too! (palm-oil-free margarine, enriched with precious avocado oil)
